CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand things come up, but please be considerate and allow us to fill your spot.

If something should come up, please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. If you fail to cancel your appointment in this time frame you will be charged half of your balance due at your session,

No exceptions. If you are a NO SHOW for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged full appointment price. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a late cancellation fee of half of the amount of your procedure. Please allow for traffic conditions. REFUND POLICY

We strive for perfection, but every skin type metabolizes ink differently. Some skin will need Additional touchups, especially overly dry or oily skin. Unfortunately there are some skin conditions that reject ink. Not every skin types comply with tattooing. The body/ skin has a mind of its own.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS, NO exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

SICK POLICY

We do not see clients who are sick or sunburned. It’s against regulations It’s an airborne pathogen, & against state of Florida health regulations. If you show up Sick to an appointment we treat that as a cancellation not within the 24 hour window. If you do not cancel outside of 24 hours window & Shows up sick, or sunburnt you will be charged half the appointment cost & will need to reschedule your appointment
